I think I'm going to work with the Elderly.

Doing in-home housecare, cleaning, cooking, etc. I have an interview on Friday.

Has anyone ever done this before?

This is exactly what my Mother does. She doesn't really need the $$, its more of a spending cash thing for her and something to keep busy with. Its a government program where they send someone in to help out the old folks who are mostly capable, but just need help with a few things around the house.

Its a great program because these people would otherwise be in a nursing home, when really they're just fine. They just maybe can't do the dishes or clean their house very well anymore.

An admirable profession, for sure. And since you are such a compassionate person, I bet it'd be just great for you...
