I think being a procrastinator is ingrained into who you are. I went through all of university that way and never had a problem. The work always got done somehow. I had friends who procrastinated and didn't do the work, that's when it becomes a real issue.

i'm getting my bachelors in animation
at a terribly over-priced school.
i want to do 3d modeling/texturing/lighting
for feature films.
i don't really have much up on the net right now

I dont think that is true. If you stop smoking, and give yourself a month to clean out you will be amazed at how much more determination you have. You will get more stuff done than ever before.

That's simply not true for me.:shrug:

I feel incredibly lazy right now and very unmotivated to do work. And I haven't smoked any weed in about 2 weeks now.

Weed never really demotivates me that much, unless I'm smoking a gram every hour, then there might be some problems.

i agree i would have more motivation if i didn't smoke,
but i'm still generally pretty lazy with school,
even when i take long breaks from smoking.
or at least lazy in the classes i don't like.

I pack up my mini-steamroller (weakest hitting piece i have), and take one extremely small hit from it.

SO small that there is hardly any smoke to exhale.

Then i say outloud "It's time to do work" - and i get to work.  works every time :smile:

I fucked up this weekend, I have a paper to write and a midterm tomorrow. I am gonna pull an all nighter... sucks, but after this night of work the rest of my week isnt that bad :laugh:

I think I am sometimes...
I used to take Ambien for it, but I think maybe I got addicted to it rather quickly and couldn't help but abuse it. I remember I took one one night, and woke up to find out that I had taken 6 more and had not even remembered it. It was scary shit, so I took myself off it.
Weed helps me sleep... after a few hours.
