T-mobile Sucks.

Shutting off my service for a bill I paid 5 days ago because there was a $20 fee that I wasn't informed of, and they're charging me $400 for a phone I already paid for.

Anyone use any good companies that don't try to mess with you?

just go with the off brand in your area.. here it is metropc... 30/dollars month.... 37.00 w/ tax unlimited etc... no bullshit charges like those conglomerates.

Verizon has excellent phone service, but their administration is just as greedy and messed up as all other cellular companies.

I've been with Sprint for a while.

I have awesome service and one of the best plans on the market.

had cingular/at&t for a long time.

prepay is the way to go.. or contract as long as you are 100% that you dont want to break it.

as long as you stay within your minutes and texts and stuff like that it's a good deal.. family plan too..

I'm with T-Mobile and they seem fine.

Not had issues with them yet though so we'll see.

I used to work for BT (British Telecom) and I can say without exaggeration that they are The Devil. Oh Lordy

I had T-Mobile to go (their prepaid) for a long ass time. Fairly cheap and affordable as long as you aren't making too many calls/texts.
