i have got a shroom i want to clone tonight and i havent gotten into agar yet. i am gonna try to put a piece of stem in my processer and blend up with h202 water mixture. then suck that up and use it. 1. should i only use the inside of the stem? 2 what ratio 3% h202 to water should i use 3. about how much mixture 20cc? 50cc? thanks for any input

Inside the base of the stem is a great place to get large pieces of tissue as well.
Peroxide will decompose instantly when the mycelium is blended, therefore offering no protection. I'd say just follow 9er's blender usage method and forget about peroxide.
If anything, wash the sample in peroxide before blending and add 1/20 (1:20, 3%H2O2:H2O) of the volume of the solution after blending. Allow for ventilation. You will need to be as sterilie with this as you would anything else, because the peroxide breaks down imediately. The peroxide will slow growth therefore making it's use questionable for this method at all.

thanks for the explanation on why this is doomed allready. i asked this in the other forum and they sent me to adv. i believe i just got a tek or two confused one good, one bad. 9er thats the part i forgot win i searched. thanks. i just wanna clone one of these monsters and am a little impatient, never cloned. thanks again
