Liquid dextrose solution and H202
    #2121818 - 11/19/03 04:39 AM (13 years, 2 months ago)

Ok, I really suck at math.
What would be the correct amount of peroxide to use for 400ml liquid dextrose solution? (For the purposes of cloning)
Also what is the recommended ratio or percentage of peroxide to substrate/solution?

I'm working with the regular old 3%(or .3% whatever) the walgreens kind.

Thanks

edit:: I tried searching, but didn't come up with much.

I do the same as if i were using agar.

The faq page is worth a read
http://www.shroomery.org/index/par/23462
But the main of it is

A range of H2O2 concentrations is acceptable. P. cubensis seems to tolerate amounts ranging from 1 ml to 7 ml per liter for this mix.(Wayne recommends from 6-10 ml of the 3% peroxide per liter of agar medium).
