Ok, I really suck at math.
What would be the correct amount of peroxide to use for 400ml liquid dextrose solution? (For the purposes of cloning)
Also what is the recommended ratio or percentage of peroxide to substrate/solution?
I'm working with the regular old 3%(or .3% whatever) the walgreens kind.
edit:: I tried searching, but didn't come up with much.

A range of H2O2 concentrations is acceptable. P. cubensis seems to tolerate amounts ranging from 1 ml to 7 ml per liter for this mix.(Wayne recommends from 6-10 ml of the 3% peroxide per liter of agar medium).
