Well I got an 80gb ps3 yesterday and atm im connected directly to my modem and unplugged the cable that's usually there and to get my pc internet back I had to unplug the one to the console.
I wanna know what do I need and how can I set up a wireless network where I can have my ps3 in my room and my pc in my middle floor of my house wirelessly and how can I keep my pc internet and ps3 hookup all connected so I can use both ?
Links to the things id need would be nice.
I don't want it to be expensive I gotta buy other things also, Id like one to be less then about 75$ Canadian but be good and work.

You need a wireless router. You can get one here: http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=628108&Sku=L48-2230
You also might need an additional ethernet cable: http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=324358&CatId=755
The cable goes from the modem to the internet port on the wireless router and a cable from your computer's lan port to the wireless router jack 1. Setup the router with the cd included and configure your PS3. Done.

Well a few people suggested this :
http://www.amazon.com/NETGEAR-XE102-Wall-Plugged-Ethernet-Bridge/dp/B0002IHP58/ref=pd_bbs_sr_1?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1198854112&sr=1-1
They all said it's real good and theres no slow downs or low signal strenght and all as there can often be with a wireless router.
What do you think?

Meh I have never really bought into that and as a result haven't tested it. I can tell you with my wireless I play games on it all the time and have only had dropped connections when my internet goes completely.
