Ter. w/coolmist and Periltie setup question

Hey I just birthed my 3 t.c. cakes into a Sterilite 58gt/14.5gal container. I'm using a coolmist humdifier I picked up today and also about an Inch of peritilte too. I have the cakes sitting of a wire mesh rack about 1/2inch above the perilite. I watered down the perilite a little too much and there is a little standing water in it, is this bad? Does create a haven for contams to bread?

Dam you have alot of humidity in there. Im not sure if its bad or not to have that much humidity, but why not just use one or the other?

That's ok... I use maybe a little too much water but ive never had a problem with it.
I think adding a humidifier is overkill for sure. Add a slash of peroxide to the water.
I use only perlite,with good results
