posting for roommates on craigslist
    #7730486 -

man
i put up an ad for a room i have available about an hour ago, and i've already had three calls. the two that left messages sounded like total dinguses. the last guy is a "shift supervisor" at wendys. yeah, ok.

i hope this gets better.

anyone ever had any luck with craigslist?

I got my last job off of craigslist. It turned out to be the most incompetently managed company I've ever worked for.

Sold my car on Craigslist. Seems like 1/10 replies are scams. Just have to sift through the BS. Guy who ended up getting the car was a great buyer.

haha,

I remember the first time I tried finding a roommate on craigslist. I made the horrible mistake of saying that I was 19 year old male. The number of calls I got from 50 year old men was fucking disturbing. What 50 year old man other than a perv would want to live in an apartment with a 19 year old kid?

lol, I kid you not, I once saw an ad on craigslist for free room and board as long you were willing to give up your butt for one night a week.

My friend who was homeless at the time seriously considered responding to the ad. We egged him on non-stop, but he chickened out though.

you don't sound too bad...except for the instrument thing.  my guitar playing roommate's constant playing was annoying sometimes :frown:  then again, i'm hypersensitve and have abotu 1,000,000 pet peeves so I'm not all that fun to get along with as a roomy
