manning's 2nd td pass at around 1:20 in this video

http://www.nfl.com/videos?videoId=09000d5d804b7c5c

amazing throw! it comes out so fast you wouldn't think he would have so much zip and accuracy to it. lets see tom brady make that throw.

Idk i would say brady's better. Manning is impressive even without harrison but look at brady's games. The guy is just unreel.

Even if that happens and the Pats dont make it to the superbowl, id say the top 3-4 AFC teams would beat the top 2 NFC teams anyday. The NFC is weak.

New england > Cowboys

Colts (they are getting healthy) > Boys

Who else? (BTW our health is improving)

Id say the Jags, Chargers, Seattle, Browns, and Stealers would all beat Cowboys and Greenbay in the Superbowl.

That's so inane on so many levels. Not only is Pitt the only team of of that group that would beat either of them, but Seattle is in the NFC (and sucks).

My bad on the Seattle... I was naming all the teams I think would beat them.

Brady will have the stronger Legacy, obviously.

If he wins the superbowl again this year, nobody can deny his place amongst the all time greats.

Manning may be a bigger producer, and sometimes he looks amazing. But Brady has always been clutch, look at how many 4th quarter drives he pulled off in ALL THREE SUPER BOWLS.

But to put one over the other, is like trying to rank artists. Each has their own way of doing it.

Brady has seemingly limitless abilities in the "intangibles" department, which is what really matters in a QB.

i disagree.

they are both incredible.  id say that they are interchangeable.  it really doesnt matter which one is playing.  You could put Brady on the Colts and Manning on the Pats and both teams would still be the same in terms of success.

I am excited to see their rivalry play out over their careers.

I consider the Superbowl another stat for Brady. He hasnt gotten them to the Superbowl. They had Correy Dillon (sp?) get them there. Brady has been good in those seasons but Dillon was the LT of that team during that time. Without him they wouldnt have made it there.

But, I dont think superbowl victories determine how good a QB is. Chicago made it to the Superbowl, does that mean Rex Grossman is good?

LiquidSmoke you pose a good point, however if you had to choose one to build a team around who would it be?

Chicago also didn't have a SB victory. SB victories MIGHT not indicate a talented QB, but SB MVP awards do, which Brady has two of. The third MVP went to a WR who, guess what, wouldn't have won it without Brady throwing him the ball.

2005: 23-33, 236 yards, 2tds, 0 ints
2004: 32-48, 354 yards, 3 tds, 1 int
2002: 16-27, 145 yards, 1td, 0 ints

6td's, 1 int in his SB career. Not too shabby. He also attended the pro bowl in 2001, 2004, and 2005. Obviously he'll be going back this year as well.

Dillon got them to the SB? Bullshit. He wasn't even on the Patriots during their 1st SB and had less than 800 yards during the season of their final SB. The middle SB is a better case for you, as it was the best year of his career.

Tom Brady was not the factor in their Superbowl seasons (with the exception of this one if they go). Peyton Manning is a more important QB than Brady. Thats why the colts HAVE to get around 30TDs in a season through the air, its their only weapon.

Hopefully Addai continues to get better.
