plz help identify abnormalities (PIC of Costa Ricans)

This is my day 23 casing that has sadly succumbed to at least cobweb (maybe) and the verticillium-produced dry bubble disease. Growing conditions in the FC are about 5-10 degrees lower than should be and im wondering if this can hide cobweb mold growth.
One of my 5 mushrooms (bottom corner) was diseased w/ dry bubble from the beginning and it had the cap discoloration and peeled back portions on the stem. Very, very dissappointing; i have gotten rid of that one since the pic (however, it bruised quite pleasingly after picking. this is my first grow and i have never seen a lil mushroom stalk so blue). The largest/oldest one may have been diseased halfway through (it has the tilted cap that is beginning to exhibit a change in texture) but strangely the new pin growing next to it is absolutely fine. This perhaps could be only a disease of the mushroom and not the mycelium. who knows? Does anyone know if they are still safe to eat still if they are infected by dry bubble?
The three largest ones towards the back are growing on top of what looks to me like stroma, but again, im not sure. I live in colorado where its cold and dry. I grow in absolute secrecy so occasionally i have to move the terrarium to a warmer spot in the middle of the night; it may have gotten bumpy a few times. It's dense and white and seems to have started retreating since i began treating with H2O2 mist; i thought it may have been the beginning of cobweb mold. Are mushrooms growing off of stroma still safe to eat?
The 2 in the very back, apart from the stroma, look absolutely gorgeous and i cant wait to try again with this strain.
 Someone plz help me.

Without being able to see its hard to say about cobweb mold, it usually looks light gray when it starts takin over. Sounds like it might be mycelium. (from description) I don't know the reference to dry bubble so i couldn't help yea on that, if its a bacterial infection it will most likely kill the casing. When yea pick the mushrooms cut em open and check to see if theres rot growing in them. If its all healthy looking in them then making tea should be safe. Get rid of the casing, if contaminated. (enless cobweb mold that you've gotton under control)

Well, the one stunted one that i picked appeared fine when i tore it open to get a look inside. But i have no other fruit experience to compare it to.
Well, i dont think its cobweb anymore, and i am not sure about the disease either. I think it could be strain-specific, perhaps the lengthy pinning time for costa ricans has been even more lengthened due to the colder temps.
Dude, thank you for helping. noone else has

I think i, as well as a fellow grower from around my area, have conjuctively decided that i am a worry-some little bastard and there is nothing wrong with my grow except for the fact that there was not a large set of pins for the first flush. There isnt even rly a first flush. A new pin pops up every two days or sumthin.
I just cant get over how long it is taking for them to grow. Its been 13 days since the first pin was visible and that mushy hasnt even broken its veil. I think growth has ceased actually for that one. Any possibilities on why thats happening?

Its possible that your substrates water content is to low to support growth. It is also possible that your substate has some bacterial or fungal infection which can also stunt growth and reduce pinsets. And like Bumper said there are a lot of possibilities as to what can cause these problems and from your description and pictures its hard to diagnose the problem. The fact that you have misted with peroxide may have damaged your casing layer and weakend the mycelium thus it couldnt produce a better pinset. I wont even mention that if your using multispore the poor pinset may even be a genetic issue. In anycase you have fruits so thats good. See what the tray does for you in the coming weeks. If you dont get anymore pins you may want to try a light bleach dunk 1:200 bleach to water, then allow for the sub to drain and put back in the fc, this might be what it needs.
