problem. advice plz.

first time i have every encountered this problem. I'm growing to cases of jars innoc. with p.ricans. I'm trying a new incubation method which involves almost a central air heating base. Only about 5 of the jars are almost fully colonized with amazing progress for one week. the other 19 are still moving at either a no growth or partial. Could i use substrate from the jars that have already been innoculated or should i just wait t make another syringe or something? what kind of risks do i run other than contamintion that i would have to worry about. i know puertos are a very vigiorous strain in its mycylic form, so i will be patient but i doesn't look to good. plz help. thanks.

you sound anxious, and probably didn't wait around for a response...but im hoping you didn't mess with them. you have to be patient. if not, you start poking your fingers in places and sniffing stuff, and contams are flying everywhere. just give it time.
