Immediate Attention Plz

I'm grwoing 4 1/2 pint jars filled with puerto ricans on a rye grain meduim. There are about fully colonized now and i was just getting ready to move them into the growing chamber. I have a couple of questions i need anwered directly. I have heard various different methods of fruiting but i was planning on just breaking up the cakes, and laying the pieces down on a tin foil pan and putting a casing layer over it. Is this an Optimum system to run?? What should my temperatture and humidity be from the time they enter the chamber to the time i'm picking them? this is my second time growing and have expierance no contamination yet, but i still want to be as cautions as possible. you never want to rush the fruits of your labor. I have a digital camera so i should be posting up some pics shortly. Thanks guys. PLEASE RESPOND QUICKLY WITH EXPERT ADVICE, I ONLY HAVE 3-5 DAYS LEFT.
