IRC Problems

I can't log into IRC anymore...after the fact that my internet was running extremely slow and I ended program now and now it says this everytime I try to enter....

[18:07] Disconnected from irc.shroomery.org

THEN WHEN I TRY TO JOIN AGAIN BY CLICKING CONNECT

PLEASE HELP ME
