grey ball on casing layer(no pic)

ok i am using miracle grow mc with the creeper strain i want you to imagine a spider nest/egg those white hard balls imagine a grey one on top of the casing layer i havent felt but what kinda contam might this be ive never seen it before and i had very high humidity all last night

that's cobweb mold. Give it a good shot or two - don't over do it - of "Topical Grade" (3%) H2O2 through a fine mister... and your aiming for an area about twice the size of the puff-ball you're seeing now to "get it all".

Wait 24h before reapplying.

whats the usual cause of cob web like wheres it come from thanks

i also read that cobweb has black spots and is white mines grey and has no spots

misted it it instantly disappeared thanks even if it wasn't cobweb its still gone for now

black dots are usually associated with pin molds if i recall correctly, but between that, trichoderma (the mean green) and cobweb molds they are the three most common molds found almost everywhere in every household.
