Could someone with the 3rd edition of GGMM and a couple free minutes post the details on this? Especially the temps for the different stages,and any differences between these and other agarici?

Here you go:

Mycelial Types: Longitudinally striate mycelium, with radiating rhizomorphs overlaying a cottony undergrowth.

Spawn Medium: Cereal grain spawn throughout, with excellent growth on whole rye grains.

Substrate for Fruiting: Enriched composts or pasteurized substrates supplemented with nitrogenous additives.

Spawn Run:
Relitive Humidity: 90-100%
Incubation Temprature: 70-80'F.
Duration: 28-40 days on compost; 60-90 days on sawdust.
CO2: Greater than 5000 ppm
Fresh Air Exchanges: 1 per hour.

Type of Casing: After fully run, cover with the standard casing. Layer to a depth of 1.5-2 inches. The casing should be balanced to a pH of 7.0-7.5

Primordia Formation:
Relative Humidity: 80-90%
Initiation Temperature: 70-75'F.
Duration: 18-24 days
CO2 400-800 ppm.
Fresh Air Exchances: 5-7 per hour.
Light: minimal, 100-200 foot-candles

Fruitbody Development:
Relative Humidity: 75-85%
Temperatue: 75-80'F.
CO2: less than 2000 ppm.
Fresh Air Exchanges: 5-7 per hour.
Flushing Intervals: 2 to 3 weeks for 2-3 flushes.
Harvest Stage: The best time to harvest is when the mushroom still have an intact partial veil covering the gills.
Light: 100-200 foot-candle.

Yeild Potential: Current biological effciencies are estimated to average 50-75%
