sort of... they will be domesticated to a degree if you have them from birth.. but they still have their instincts. and can bite your face off if they want

Hmm... Well could you technically domesticate a deer... or a lion... and Give it your love like you would a dog or cat and have it be loyal to you... or even a Kangaroo?

To my knowledge man has not truly domesticated another animal since 1000 years ago with the cat.

If someone has evidence proving else please show me, I could be easily misinformed.

Coons aren't used to bleeding things that aren't dead. If I were an animal and saw that kind of shit I wouldn't know what the hell was going on either.

But it keeps it's primal instincts I would imagine.

"Domesticated wild fox" sounds a bit like an oxymoron.

With the proper training and know how you can probably domesticate most any animal.

Whether or not it's a good idea, that's the question.

No, many animals are not suitable for domestication.

Mankind had, by thousands of years ago, succeeded in domesticationg most of the animals that were possible. Cows, Horses, Camels, etc.

It is an accident of history that many of the domesticatable large animals were originally found in Europe and Asia, while S. and N. America had only the Llama/Alpaca for much of their history.

You just cannot domesticate many animals. Gazelles will throw themselves at any wall you try to enclose them with until they die, and can jump 15 feet in the air.

After one comes, through contact with it's administrators, no longer to cherish greatly the law as a remedy in abuses, then the bottle becomes a sovereign means of direct action.  If you cannot throw it at least you can always drink out of it.  - Ernest Hemingway

If it is life that you feel you are missing I can tell you where to find it.  In the law courts, in business, in government.  There is nothing occurring in the streets. Nothing but a dumbshow composed of the helpless and the impotent.    -Cormac MacCarthy

He who learns must suffer. And even in our sleep pain that cannot forget falls drop by drop upon the heart, and in our own despair, against our will, comes wisdom to us by the awful grace of God.  - Aeschylus
