Hey, this is pretty much just some soulful expression flowing. It's not meant to be a "song" yet, so don't treat it as such.
It is just me, letting loose a bit. If you like me, you might like it. If you don't, you probably won't.
Someday it will probably evolve into an actual song.
The melody has been dancing a little in my head lately, but I usually just hum it. I decided to see what would come out if I put words to it. The lyrics are all 100% improv'd, which is why they go in and out of being gibberish...

Very interesting, I don't think anyone who hasn't tried realizes the difficulties of such free-form self-expression.
Thanks for sharing man.

Thanks for listening, Middleman.
I am very aware that it's rough and basically unpresentable... but that's because it was almost completely improv'd... and because--as you said--this shit doesn't always come out as naturally as one would hope.
It's hard enough to just let go of the need to define the melody with words.
A little of this or that would probably have helped, but I am doing a sobriety/cleansing/grounding type routine these days... and I'm still learning how to let go in this natural state.

Pretty good for an improv....! I think for the most part, people who are used to listening to hours and hours of live improv jam recordings can find and appreciate the "gem" parts of the whole.... I have had my share of spelunking thru.... Most people are just used to hearing only the refined/madeover/half-fake studio shtuff~....
Don't let any negative opinions hold you back, there is some good stuff there waiting to be finalized....
