Black Contamination inside Colonized Cakes?

I have a couple cakes that are black on some parts of the inside. The cakes are fully colonized aroundthe blackt and all ove and it looks a healthy white. The cakes are starting to pin, but I'm wondering if the shrooms will be good to eat.
