Syrian Rue

Me and my girlfriend were planning to do a syrian rue + mushrooms trip tonight but she ate fruits and a ham sandwich at 12:30... We were planing to take the rue at about 8:00 PM... Is there any risks of intoxication when eating something you shouldn't 8 hours before the ingestion?

I would highly suggest not taking an MAOI without taking the proper dietary precautions..

I drank about 2 liters of beer around 9 O'clock yesterday, and my girlfriend just ate some ham (8 hours before the trip).

Should we be ok? We're not planning taking more thant 3g of syrian rue.

Syrian Rue is a reversible MAOI, you won't have any problems. I've eaten ramen 4-5 hours after taking rue and I'm still alive to type this.

I doubt that had anything to do with it, your body would have the MAO enzymes in your stomach to dissolve the tyramine when you ate the panda express, and food dosn't stay in your stomach for 3 hours generally.

Ive smoked syrian rue extract then smoked dmt. And after the trip i forgot that i had MAOI in my body and ate a fat sub with everything imaginable on it. I just felt shitty after an hour for an hour and it was gone. But when u smoke it it lasts only few hours *shrugs*.

But like xFrockx said syrian rue contains reversible MAOI which rarely cause any trouble.

I once drank a forty of micky's after trippin hard on 3gms syrian rue and 10 grams of mimosa. I didnt notice a thing.
