Sounds good, but I think it would sound better if you made it more progressive and harder.

I'm glad i'm not the only one that likes it!

Good suggestions, it is still a work in progress so I will try to make it a bit more progressive and there could be more work done on the drums.

I make my music in Reason - its a hardware studio in the form of software! One amazing program. I used to use fruity loops but I found it way harder to use than reason.

I also have an old skool studio - a cheetah midi master keyboard with loads of akai sound modules in a midi loop :grin:

I don't have a recording name yet either! I'm gonna work one out soon though and put my work on a website... Will definately put a link on the shroomery!

I've also been making drum and bass, heres one of my d & b 's its still a work in progress too!

I've been trying to learn Reason, but it's not the most intuitive program I ever tackled. I usually make stuff in Acid Pro, but you can only do so much with that, and I need to learn a midi app.

How about Ego Death for a name?

Man, this is some nice stuff. I've got to get into Reason and get my hands dirty. A buddy of mine works in it, too, and everything I've heard that was made with it has impressed me. That track is a lot more progressive than I expected from the label 'drums and bass.' :thumbup:

I'll have to link up some of my stuff later. All I have online at the moment is a little chop job I did on Crystal Method's High Roller, overlayed with a psychotic nazi raid leader from WoW, linked in my sig. It's not meant to be taken seriously, but it's a fun little track. (The sound level is down low because I was afraid the guy yelling would blow people's speakers.)

I've done alot of work on the hip hop too,

Made about 10 half decent tracks all from scatch BUT I'm having big trouble with the lyrics...

Rapping is no problem, I have 3 rappers all willing with good voices, we have access to a pro recording studio but we've yet to sort out the lyrics, everything we do is just fucking around freestyle. So we figured we've gotta record all our freestyles sessions, take out the good stuff and progress it.

Ego Death would be a good artist name actually... One of my rappers calls himself Eagle Eye.

But yeah, hopefully the first hip hop album will be ready next year :sun:
