but as far as catagories i like : techno-trance-electronica, punk , ska, reggae, hip hop, jungle rap, juggalo rap, FRANK ZAPPA and infected mushroom fucking rule my world also

the allman brothers band is me favorite........Stevie Ray Vaughan and double Trouble.........The grateful dead............most of the trippy classic rock genre.............most Fleetwood Mac also, if you are wondering why, listen to it while in an altered state of mind.........fuckin crazy folky maddness. Opeth, Iced Earth, In Flames, Death, Blind Guardian, Tool, Testament, Nevermore, old Metallica/Megadeth, Pantera, Sepultura, At the Gates, Samael, Slayer, Nile, Cacophony, Children of Bodom, Anthrax, Emperor, Diabolical Masquerade, Arcturus, Demons and Wizards, System of a Down, Opthalamia, Borknagar... etc.
Also listen to a lot of trance, goa, ambient... Shpongle, Infected Mushroom, Aphex Twin, Astral Projection, Pleiadians, Oakenfold...
And classical - Bach, Chopin, Beethoven, Vivaldi, Strauss...you know the good shit
And some other stuff too
