There would've actually been some use to your experiment if you weighed the mice beforehand and gave them an exact dosage corresponding to their bodyweight so that you would have tested a single mg/kg dose. Now they all have had different doses and we don't know dick.
You should go for a dumpster dive, retrieve as many dead mice and weigh them postmortem to get at least some idea of what you did.

It isn't animal testing when you ignore scientific procedure. It's animal cruelty.
If you are going to do this again (and I wish you wouldn't but I can't stop you you sadistic fuck) then at least use the following procedure:
1..acquire lab mice. You can, people buy them all the time as pets or to feed to their reptiles.
2..house them seperately in cages that meet at least minimal standards for a week or so.
3..weigh them and administer the precise amount of substance to be investigated.
4..observe their behavioral changes, record whether there are cramps, convulsions and the like (sick fuck) and when they die for the next two days or more. (bastard)
5..euthanize the survivors (for instance in an airtight tank with a big wad soaked in trichloroethylene suspended out of their reach)

You really shouldn't do these kinds of things, and especially not without under the guise of science but without retrieving any useful data.
To make some sense of your atrocity: The average fancy mouse weighs about 25 grams so the LD50 of 2CE in mice is probably lower than 200mg/kg. As there well might be delayed lethal effects your administered dose might have in fact been an LD100. We'll never know, the only good that has come out of this is that we now know is that more than half of a population of 20 mice died within 24 hours after administration of 5mg orally to each of them.
CUNT CUNT CUNT CUNT.
If you're a sociopath and wondering what's up with my attitude: you have tortured 20 animals to death under the guise of science, but there was virtually no scientific merit to it whatsoever. If you had done a proper LD50 test and made the results known to the scientific community (Pubmed, MAPS etc) I would've said "thank you for your contribution to science to deliver this highly significant data". But to put those poor mice through all that agony without even the most basic data gathering doesn't make you a scientist but more like the camp doctor of your private little mousewitz.
Mice are vermin but dammit, so are you. If you are going to do this again, then do it scientifically and let your results be known to science.
Personally I'm very interested in oral mouse LD50 of 2CE but it just isn't science if the data is gathered haphazardly and through needless suffering of poor innocent little rodents.
For science, I can see the need for running through a population of a thousand or so. For your sadistic amusement - leave those critters alone!
