These are illegal in the Us right?I stumbled upon them on line with shipping to the Us,This sounds fishy to me.

Are they being sent from Holland? A lot of companies have a disclaimer saying it's not their responsibility to check the legal status in your country, and ship mushrooms to countries where they're illegal. Some of them are scams, some are genuine. Risky, either way.

They are from the Netherlands and there is no disclaimer as far as i can see,i also saw that people recently purchased from the Us too.

Certainly sounds risky to me.
