brees is a god
    #7330143 -

so far he has completed 35 out of 39 passes with zero INT.... in the last 3 preseason games... and that was without Colston and henderson.

Bush showed last night that he can take big hits and bounce right up, averaging about 9 yards a carry.

Fujita, will smith and Mckenzie were in full effect as well last night.

Last night was the first game I got to watch by the saints this year, and luckily I got to see a good bit of starter action pitted against starting defense.

it just got me so pumped up for the regular season..... the only thing I see that they really need work on is their goalline/redzone offense and special teams.... but the kicker position has finally been filled in the void that Morten Anderson left. During practice, Mare hit a 60 yard FG with a headwind and plenty of room to spare... so he has the power.... not that we will rely on him as much as we did on Anderson in the past

You can thank San Diego for training Brees.

doesnt it bother you that you gave up the highest rated quarterback in the NFL?

oh also, the saints D has impressed me. I figured that it would be a little lacking, and I was planning on betting this entire season on the Over....

We didnt train Ryan Leaf. He refused to play.

Well, it depends on how you look at it. We let a high rated quarterback go, but we went 14-2 with a rookie starter (not his rookie season). So, either way you look at it we didnt really lose.

yeah, and the bears went to the superbowl with Rex Grossman.... LT is the bigger asset. You probably could have gone undefeated if you had brees throwing.

I dont think so. He stated a few times that he had a hard time seeing over our linemen and that a lot of times he trusted the receivers to run their routes correctly, blindly throwing.

He is way better in NO, he wouldnt have done as well here, in my opinion.
