WBS and straw air exchange

The setup:

Using 25 gallon tub with 8qt WBS spawn and straw.
Casing is undecided. At the moment going to go with ShroomGods casing mix in his straw tek unless people have better suggestions.

After mixing spawn and straw it is covered with 3 mil clear sheet plastic with holes tucked in. The rubber maid lid stays off this entire period correct? Nothing is needed for air exchange because of the holes right?

The space might be warmer than 75 degrees bringing temperature higher than low 80's. Where should I place an aquarium thermometer to tell if it is getting too hot? What is too hot, 87 inside container? What can a do to lower temps in room without risk of contamination.

Misting is not needed while colonizing right? Only when fruiting will it need misting on the side of the container?

How does air exchange work when fruiting with a close to sealed container.

Would a cool mist with three outputs to three different 25 gallon containers be enough? What size would be effective to run 24/7? Would I need to make holes for C0₂ to escape? How would this be done? A polyfill filter covered with tyvek?

Sorry for all the questions just trying to clarify parts of the procedure.
