How hard is 5.25 grams going to make me trip?

Okay I took 1.75 grams of these same mushrooms. I didn't "trip". I got a very very mild body high and felt lethargic. I'm planning to dose on 5.25 grams later this week. What type of trip should I be expecting compared using my previous trip as the basis. I know you can't give me an exact answer, I'm just looking for a rough estimate? closer to a level 3 trip or level 5 ?

It's different for everyone, body weight has a lot to do with it when using the dosage calculator. It's ment for an average weight person.

Five grams.. Probably a good hard trip. Level three to four, possibly five if you're really lightweight.

Considering you took 1 and a half grams in the same week, with not more than a week apart from your second dose I doubt it will be anything close to a level 5.

As it does depend on your physical characteristics, it also depends on your mental characteristics as well.. Are you the type who worries about od'ing or the type thats adventurous and says "fuck it gimme some more".

Thats what its gonna come down to, I say wait 2 weeks and try it then by eating half and waiting 30 minutes and then downing the rest if you feel comfortable enough.

not true i once tripped on 20 grams an then 10 three days later didn't notice any effects lost at all. so imo depending on weight an quality of shrooms you could be going into a med. to high level 3 or 4. peace out

5.2 grams of shrooms is a very large dose. Note that as the dose goes up arithmatically, the effects go up geometrically (as in, exponentially). You could potentially reach a level 5 trip with this high of a dose, even with tolerance considered.
Quality of shrooms also comes into question, though...especially if you didn't feel anything from a half 8th.

I had 5.5 g's of some shrooms that my friend tried 1.5 g's of and he said it was like an average 1/8th trip. Itll fuck u up.....nicely.................or maybe not...

You should feel at least something more than a simple body high off half an 1/8th, I'd guess the shrooms are pretty low potency.

But the question you're asking is too hard to answer, it depends on way too many factors. For example, I can take 5 grams dried and be tripping pretty well, while 5 grams for a friend of mine would put him on the edge of ego loss. It depends a lot on how you're put together mentally. I'm a rationalist, my mind is always racing trying to rationalize things and I'm always more attentive to my mind than what's going on around me. As a result my memory is a bit patchy and visuals are hard to find, the constant rationalization destroys the trip in a way. Because of this I usually have to take a higher dose than average to reach the same effects, for other people it's the opposite.

But anyway, in answer to your question "what level of trip should I be expecting"... the answer is none. Don't expect anything, that's not the point. You don't go into these things thinking "Ok well I took this much so I should be experiencing these kinds of things", you just take the dose and see what happens. If you're comfortable with your tripping self then go for the dose, see where it takes you. The key is to throw away any prejudgements about the trip and simply accept whatever comes, be it good or bad. If you truely follow this mentality, I think you'll find you learn more from your trips. I've had doses of 2.5 grams that have been more intense than 5 grams of the same batch of mushrooms, you can never really be sure what you'll experience so there's really no point trying to figure it all out ahead of time.

If this is only the second time you've tripped, I wouldn't go that high. Maybe 3.5 grams. You don't want to have an experience that you are unprepared to deal with. You have to be confident that you can lose yourself without losing it or trying to fight it. And for that, it usually takes some experience. Lower dose experiences can be really great if you work with them properly, and they prepare you for eventual high doses.

i would guess level 3 or 4. level 5 is different; taking a big dose won't necessarily give you a level 5 trip. level 5 is probably a lot more dependent on mindset than dose.

I did like 10.5 of some potent ones and yeah had a bad trip till i broke through and learned to let it go. it was an awesome experience but i felt very drained the next day but learned so much about my self it was as very good experience!
