what? Those were pretty valid. Nuts contain protein, fish contains protein, and so does semen.

"Seminal fluid... is composed of dozens of chemical components. The
base of seminal fluid is primarily fructose (sugar) and proteins, with
many other trace minerals and substances. Here's a listing of some of
semen's ingredients:

Sugars: Fructose, sorbitol, inositol
Proteins and amino acids: glutathione, deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA), creatine
Minerals: Phosphorus, zinc, magnesium, calcium, potassium
Vitamins: Ascorbic acid (vitamin C), vitamin B12, choline
Hormones: Testosterone, prostaglandins
Body byproducts: Lactic acid, urea, uric acid, nitrogen...

Semen is a source of highly concentrated, high-quality protein. In
dietary terms, it's comparable to egg whites or gelatin. Besides
protein, semen contains high concentrations of some minerals, such as
zinc, and trace amounts of other important nutrients, like calcium and
magnesium."

infact semen is rather good for you.

And protein shakes contain quite a bit of protein, but you cant replicate all the amino acids in meat.

not in a million years, but if you're desperate for protein, I recommend truck stops.

Untrue. Humans can produce all the essential amino acids by eating grains, nuts, seeds & legumes. Check your facts.

Also rice&beans eaten together are complete.

Same difference- there are non-meat sources of complete protein. There's no need for a human to eat meat. Sure is yummy, though.

While it is important for vegans/vegetarians to get a variety of non-meat sources of amino acids, it is not necessary to eat them together at one meal. A balance over the course of the week is sufficient for health.

Hmmm...
You said you "hate fake meat products". My advice is to let go of this broad rejection since there are so many products available. That was always my excuse not to be vegetarian. Then I realized that if I don't assume anything about what I'm eating most of the fake stuff out there is quite good. Or at the least the taste is kind of dull and barely registers.

Smart Bacon, for example, is a product that's delicious and really healthy. Veggie Ground Round is awesome for pasta sauce, and there are a lot of fake meat products that taste just fine if you're not expecting them to live up to real meat. Hating certain foods in my experience is a condition caused by mental blocks you've built up against them - like any new experience, you have expectations about how you will react which more or less determine how you will react.

I've realized this recently as I've tried more and more foods that before I would never consider tasting. I used to hate corn, fake meat, squash, onions, fresh tomatoes, guacamole/avocado, olives, mushrooms, asparagus... Now I love them all because I decided to change my thought pattern from, "I know I will dislike this food" to "There are plenty of people who enjoy this food; therefore there is nothing inherently wrong with it; I will probably not mind it and might even enjoy it if I go in with an open mind."

My body I will give to pleasures,
to diversions that I’ve dreamed of,
to the most daring erotic desires,
to the lustful impulses of my blood, without
any fear at all, for whenever I will—
and I will have the will, strengthened
as I’ll be with contemplation and study—
at the crucial moments I’ll recover
my spirit as was before: ascetic.”

You don't need to eat protein to make protein. If you plenty of fresh, nutrient rich raw foods your body can make protein.

Quinoa

It's really easy and fast to make. I cook it in vegetable bullion and eat it cold with lemon juice, olive oil and lots of fresh veggies.
