 Horse Poo Really Stinky...but wait...

Not anymore? I bought some stuff from Mushy Mart, and it really stinks. I've heard that this is fine, and it will still work, but i tried to keep it indoors and couldn't. So i put it outside, just in the filter patch bag that it came in. I left it out there for 2 or 4 days of major summer, with a tiny bit of rain, and then when i opened it again to show a friend how stupidly stinky it was, it smelled fine!
So is the sun pasteurizing it more than Mushy Mart did? Did Mushy Mart pasteurize at all? I think it's yes to both, but possibly not as thoroughly as say Tennessee Stud does. Because when i bought horse poo from him, it smelled so good i could have eaten off of it, like the freshest best Earth i could imagine.
(And sorry Tenn Stud, i would have bought from you, but the back orders... ooh the back orders.)

Smells are usually 'funkier' when wet ......
Could your poo have dried out in the summer weather ? Ummm ... rain ?

Nah, and i mean a little bit, but it's in the filter patch bag. And the stuff i got from tenn stud was way wet, and still smelled wonderful.

sounds like the poo didn't dry enough after being past'ed. Believe it or not my last order from tenn stud stank to high heaven, still does, and when i spawned to it the poo was more moist then normal. If the poo dried a little more in the sun that could explain why it's a little less fragrant.

Well it's not even that it's a little less, it's changed into the fresh earth smell from the horse shit smell lol. Maybe that's it though, which is good. I can't wait to put it good use

yah, it'll work fine either way, my tub is apparently fruiting pretty well (my roomie is watching it while im away) and i didn't let it dry out anymore. It really did stink too, i was a bit miffed about that because it was pretty obvious what was in the box. When you order 100 lbs of horse shit and live (used to anyways) in a rented townhouse you want to be a little discrete
