Peppermint Tea

While not an entheogen, peppermint has digestive and even "stress reducing" capabilities according to Wikipedia. In any case, I've been growing my own peppermint plant for a few months now, and I'm itching for some tea. My question is, is it necessary to dry the leaves before making the infusion, or can I use them wet?

both are ok, but dried first tastes much better! unless its old! i too enjoy making my own mint tea. i used t have a tea jug in the fridge or some kind of mint tea (rotated between kinds). good stuff, and makes you feel so clean and fresh.

the way it dries will affect taste s well. i am no curing nut so i have no clue what works best. i just notice a different taste when i dry it in a different spot.

Anyone have any curing tips/viable setups?

I assume just hanging it on a string for a day or two should suffice, but want to get the facts.

you can use stimulants such as peppermint tea to help activate and potentiate further of other herbs. try adding skullcap, valerian, lemon balm, and damiana to your infusion with the peppermint :wink:

most herbs like to be dried quick and with little heat. your call on that one :shrug:
non-heated dehydrators work good, or u can just hang cut branches from strings, or on closehangers in the closet.
walmart had an "herb dryer" on sale last time I checked, it was especially made for "herbs" with its delicate heating system, lol i love walmart.
