polygraph test

i have a polygraph test tomorrow and they are going to ask me questions regarding drugs/alcohol/stealing. i wont have to lie about stealing or alcohol but i am a chronic marijuana smoker and i dabble in psychedelics. SO, im going to have to lie about that. any tips in handling this and passing?

not lying... just say you used to do weed and mushrooms.. but stopped ... hopefully you at least stopped for a few days so it wont be lying

You should google 'how to beat a polygraph' or something.

This is just my theory but I think if you take a breath, twiddle a finger, or make another nondescrip reaction when you are telling the truth then you should do it when you lie too. then, when the readings come back you'll get a printout that looks similar when you tell the truth and the select lies you must tell. IDK though, somebody's gonna have to back me up on this or shut me down. Like I said, its just my theory.

supposedly holding up your sphicter like your holding in some shit can throw off your vital readings.... they may recognize its not normal and yell at you

Really, be prepared for anything they may ask you.

It is the innitial shock and it's physiological effects that triggers the polygraph. If you breath deeply, stay as calm as possible and overcome any shock or surprise, you may be able to beat the polygraph.

Lie detecting far from an exact science, and there are therefore many ways to trick them.

I,ve only taken one pre employment polygraph test,
their yes, and no questions, and I passed and lied out
my ass.
I tell you what a guy who worked for the goverment told me to do. He said try and tense the upper body, while keeping the bottom of the body loose.

Thats all I know.

yes or no questions, it may not even get into your drug use. make sure to keep your eyes closed, if youre nervous thats ok it will help you to get an inconclusive. which isnt a failure and a perfectly normal thing.

couldn't you just shoot up before taking the test, so that way you'll be perfectly at ease no matter what they ask you  :what:
