First time bulk tek: Where can to get straw, etc.. online?

My friend is thinking about trying some bulk techniques. Been reading the teks and doing searches etc... He has 12 pf jars of Hawaiian that will be ready next week. He has been casing successfully for over a year now, but is looking for more. Straw looks the most convenient, can't get real poo he lives in a big city.

Where can he get straw online? Or any national chain stores? How about worm castings? There are Home Depot and Lowes here. Also Ace and True Value hardware.

Also, any suggestions are welcomed for a first time bulk tek. His first time around he just wants to be successful. He can tweek it later.

Found my own straw today about 30 miles away. Thanks for your help though.
