Grafting Question

after looking on the nook and searching the shroomery i haven't found a definite answer to my question. how long will a Loph on Perskopis graft last? or until it gets how big? Also, When i degraft it do i cut it like i would when cutting a Pedro and leave a Loph stump on the perskopis, do i pluck the the perskopis off to where on the bottom of the Loph there is an indent where the perskopis once was (kinda like an innie belly button on the bottom of the cactus), or do i cut the Perskopis leaving some of the perskopis attached to the Loph (kinda like an outie belly button:tongue:).

Some things don´t have a straight answer, people keep asking how much water, how much light... There isn´t a precise value for many of these factors.

If you try to pluck it right off it will cause a lot of damage if it's been there a while. I just cut them off, and the bottom will produce new pups.

It will last on pereskiopsis for a long long time and will eventually just slow down in its growth.
