Try raking the casing with a fork. I read this but have never tried it. Try covering the pans with plastic wrap. check to see if the casing is drying out.

I am keeping my casings in a terranium...and i know the humidity is good, so i dont think it is a problem with the moisture. It's just the mycelium has appered to stop growing. Yesterday, i started giving the casings light 12 hours a day. I hope this helps...but if anyone has any ideas....just let me know
