Quick Liquid Mycelium Needed

I have some buddies who would love to have some comsumables by July 13. I am still struggling with this hobby, so far. My guess as to the only way to have something ready would be to do a liquid mycelium culture using dry malt extract in water. I think the resultant solution would be psycoactive. No need to do an extract, just drink the solution, mycelium and all.
Using quart jars. Looking for advise on quantities of malt extract to get level 3 trip.
I assume I would sterilize 1 hr in a pressure cooker 15 psi.
Will this work?
