Why does liquid mycelium never work for me?

This is the third time and i feel cursed.I took a very ripe jar,i spawned some straw with the others four weeks ago so this one sat an extra week before i took two spoon fulls out and made a liquid mycelium jar.I shook the shit out of it,with glass in the jar.The water was very full of mycelium.I put H2O2 in before,and everything was done right.I made 15 jars and put them in the rubbermaid and left them for 5 days.Well none of the jars worked.They don't smell bad,and i've been doing G2G for long enough to know what i'm doing.What could be wrong?Three of them are contaminated but i never have 100% success with anything else i've done.Could i be cursed?

because either the liquid was not sterile or the spawn medium was contaminated.
For liquid culture techniques, you must be 100% sterile as any contamination will quickly run through nutrient water.
Buy a glove box, pc water jars for one hour and use a sterile spore syringe, agar slice or something sterile to innoculate.

I was not trying to grow mycelium in liquid,i tried to just put mycelium from one of the grain jars in the water and shake.Now that i waited longer some of them did work.I just have a lower success rate with liquid then with G2G.I always work in a positive pressure glove box,and my G2Gs are much more consistent (90%).How fast liquid mycelium works is why i must find a better way.My grain seems like they take so long,and i have to shake more often.They always look spotted for to long.The liquid goes from top to bottom and i only have to shake 2 times and they are done.
