A mycelium syringe is a syringe filled with mycelium growing on a liquid medium, such as honey water, malt extract solution etc. You innoculate the medium, then you suck the mycelium in a syringe after there is sufficiant growth.

A mycelium syringe is the same concept except you are inoculating with small pieces of mycelium instead of spores.

One way to prepare such a syringe is to blend a piece of agar with mycelium growing on it and slurping it up into a syringe; a sterile technique of course.

It is usefull because you can get decent colonization much faster because you don't have to wait for spore germination.

There are several teks and mycelium water techniques in the grow/find section.
