just read the news about ohio and the attempts to prohibit fungus...a sad, sad day for us all ..

i could be wrong about the status of the bill, so please take this with however many grains of salt you wish & do your own investigating, but,

after the politricks go through the motions of quietly manuevering the bill through the 1st house & 2nd house, governor Taft will need to vote (he WILL be for it, i assume) ...then it will become a LAW. it will then be filed with the secretary of state for final enrollment. it will become effective 91 days after filing. i dont know how fast this thing is proceeding, but the day will be coming SOON.

my advice to all the people in ohio (or if you have friends/family here) would be to purchase what you can, while you can.

to everyone outside OH,CA,GA: keep your ears open & please speak out against similar bills...

I continue to watch this country hit new lows.  Fascism creeps up on us at an alarmingly faster pace.  What the hell is "freedom"?  The word has no meaning anymore.

I advise all of the cultivators in Ohio (and in the USSA in general) to learn how to become self-sufficient with spore prints and syringes.

how lucky i am to live in a state already prohibiting spores...
they don't seem to realize that the only people they're stoping are those actualy conducting legitimate mycroscopy study. it's not like those who are already cultivating psilocybian mushrooms are going to say "hm, i had better stop breaking a law now that it is redundant...".
