what are the key ingredients in perceptual shifts that 4th/5th dimensional entities, or 3rd dimensional technoaliens are contacting you?

one i have noticed is clear, is like a modem signal (not slow 14.4 sound but very liquid robotic sound is felt, heard and seen during a trip, patterns shift, focus is made on another form/forms and frequency shift occurs in brain waves. Alteration is attempted.
