Dunking for cakes for the first flush

I have made many posts about these fawking mycobags that I have that have not fruited yet. I am planning to dunk one of these baggies tommorow. How much water should I use and how long? thanks

How long have they been fully colonized?

Maybe just inject 10cc's of steril water in them before you decide to open the bag.

fully colonized and exposed to light for 15+ days now. 2 hours of light a day
