Fully colonized quart jar of wbs...to inoculate pf style jars

Ok i suck at casings and all attempts at bulk. What I am good at is cakes I get well abover average flushes and I am very happy with my methodology. So I have 1 quart jar 1/2 way full of fully colonized wbs. I have a glove box. I want to know if there is way to tranfer thw colonized grain to a pf jar sans the verm layer with any hope for success.

Look up agar's "GRAIN LC TEK"

Basically, you can fill the colonized jar with water, shake it up, and extract the newly made mycelium water with a syringe.

This..can be used to inoculate any jar.

Or, you can pour the grains right into the brf, and use a tyvek filter instead of verm barrier.
