shroom tea

i have some good shrooms and some other ones that look kinda like bacteria got to them but have grown.

would shroom tea take away bad chemicals/make for a good safe trip?

some of the heads/caps look black and some have fuzz
what i mean is do those have psilocybin and can be used for tea or are they not good at all?

Throw them out. If your not sure wether it's contaminated or not, you should still throw it away. You can always grow new ones and still live or not harm yourself. :tongue:

The blakc look on the caps could be spores, and the fuzz could be myc that grew up from the base of the stalk. If os thats ok, but be sure.

i once had some mushies that look deflated and blackened a bit. I threw them out, but before doing so i took some pics. after throwing them out, i decided to get the input of the shroomery. RR said they had some bacterial infection, can't remember the name of it, but that making a tea would actually work to extract the psylocybin safely.

I can't guarantee you that you have the same deal, but don't chuck 'em just yet. take some pics and get some input from some of the bigwigs in cultivation or contamination forums. i'm not even sure why you chose the pub of all places to ask this question.
