i really fucking hate...and it disgusts me.. when people actually believe that mushrooms can be grown hydroponically.

some guy on the grow board actually did get a couple to grow in water....but a layer of mycelium had grown on the top layer of water and couldn't be disturbed....so i don't know if i call that true hydroponic....maybe though...but it's still not practical for use or sale really

Hahaha. I love hearing stuff like that, but when I hear it, it's always someones friends' brother's girlfriends' cousin who happens to be a doctor, or some shit like that. When I run into one of these people, it's always some dumb-ass friend of a normal friend. I don't hang out with retards that trip on hydro-shrooms because they believe LSD is too dangerous....it has strychnine, yo! "Dat shit makes you die if you take too much!" I'd like to think that correcting them helps them to stop spreading false shit, but that might be expecting too much.

After unsuccessfully trying to explain to at least 20 people the fact that there werent "hydroponic mushrooms" but I had lab grown which I could gurantee were either what they'd had before or better, I gave up.
Before:
Random Hippie: "Dude are those hydroponic mushrooms? Cuz I trip all the time and I can have no bullshit"
