does anyone agree so? I used to absolutely love techno but i haven't heard anything good come out recently... can someone please prove me wrong and post some good techno?

tekno took a turn towards minimal house and tek-house.. there aren't nearly as many straight up tekno producers around as there were a few years ago, but there are a few. I'm lucky to live in a city that still supports a bit of a real tekno scene, though...

rave, tekno, and the scene are still alive here and i'm happy for it. I'm playing my first outlaw of the season this saturday at a warehouse in BK.. i'll be playing tekno and tek-house, mostly.. dropping some old classic acid tracks and chunky house tunes, too...

http://www.paxahau.net is the best resource for tekno that i know.. it's been around for years.

i should have asked first if you are talking about 'tekno' as it's proper sub-genre of electronic music.. or are using 'tekno' as the generalized term for electronic music, like so many people do...

it will make a world of difference as to any recommendations i give you..

there are a ton of really, really good producers across the electronic music realm, still.... the actual genre of 'tekno' has fallen off, though...

Nope. My computers here usally download at the very least 2 gigs a day. :yesnod:
They open, but I can't press save. I doubt I'm the only one....
