Man I sure don't miss those fucking things.

BTW, people that are still dealing with them, don't believe the dairy hype. Read about it, think about avoiding it for awhile. I wish I would have sooner. I could have avoided much of the pain and discomfort I suffered through.

If you must have dairy, or if you give it up, remember these herbs, red clover, rose hips, and peppermint. 2/1/1 ratio. Drink that tea as much a possible. Put it on your face twice a day. Take extra Zinc :yesnod:

And use proper soaps. One with little grits, to scrub dead sky away. And an astringent.


And if you have to give in and get proactiv(the stuff on TV) well go for it. It works pretty well. But with the right soaps, herbs, vitamins, and diet. I didn't need it.

And these days I don't get any pimples, EVER. Which is nice :dancing:
(avoid excess white sugar, white bread, and fat :wink: )

Allright, so this guy Tom Bunk is one cool cat.  I fired off an email this morning when I made my original post above with the single frame from Mad Magazine's 1996 "The Zit" cartoon strip, over at the artists website Spalato.net, and he got back to me with the whole shabang.
