Recognizing Stress

I've had a crazy year thus far, and I've constantly had shit to do 24/7 - been pretty stressed out, and today I just realized that I was doing a lot of it to myself.

My sister is pregnant and called me today to tell me the name of the baby, I found myself being stressed out because I felt like I was going to have to devote more time to my sister and my nephew even though I don't have a minute to spare usually. It was like stress occurred when I should have been happy. Stress has been causing me to micro-manage more and more areas of my life. What a vicious cycle.
