I, for one, find these shrooms to be highly enjoyable. Very strong potency. I'm sure you'll like the buzz.

no they dont suck. go into it with an open mind. many people have reported tripping balls off of these. as far as people getting nauseous, it could be because it was the first strain most people grew and they might have got some bacteria. no big deal. you should judge for yourself.

No problems with this strain as far as I'm concerned. Potent, easy to fruit and quick colonization.

PF rules, all who put it down are wrong. It is the easiest to grow and fruit. It will put up with the widest environmental parameters of any mushroom. To hot, to cold, to much humidity, to little humidity, you name it and this mushroom will grow and fruit. Truly a beginer or advanced growers delight. As far as potency, it is awesome. 2 to 3 dried grams of this shroom that have been properly cared for, and you be well on your way to pyschedellic heaven. Sure there are more potent, but that does not matter, just dose yourself accordingly. Eat 4 or 5 dried grams and prepare to contact the other side. After you get the hang of this strain, try some of the others, but I am sure you will always come back. PF has done the mushroom world a great service by making this the most available mushroom to work with. I love it and am sure you will to. Sometimes I've gotten a little nauseas in the beginning as I'm starting to trip but it was nothing that I couldnt' overcome Mind over matter The only problem is the timing of delivery. it will take a while to get your order. Other than that, they are potent and colonize quickly. I would use them more often if the timing of the delivery would match The Hawk's Eye.

I originally posted a couple days ago asking if it's common for the PF strain to produce mutated-looking fruits, and I suspect that's what brought this thread up...I just wanted to make it clear that, while it's true that I have a lot of funky-looking fruits right now, it could very well be my growing conditions (esp. since I'm a newbie)and not PF's strain. In fact, most likely it's me. The bottom line is quality and quantity of yield and ease of growing. PF's strain grew very quickly and easily (almost 7 grams per cake, first flush). And I ate some for the first time last weekend (and saw Toy Story 2- highly reccommended)... just under 2 grams and I had a pretty nice trip. And no nausea whatsoever, BTW. Plus, PF got my syringe to me in exactly 7 days (all the way in Indiana!). So I certainly wasn't bad-mouthing him. GT

GorgeousTortoise.. I dont really think it was your thread that brought this up.. There was a thread about some people saying they got EXTREMLY nauseous on PF shrooms... They had extreme abdominal pains and not very pleasent experinces..(if i remember it right)...

They are fine I think they seem to fruit more prolific. As for makeing you sick I htink it is psychosomatic "in thier heads" I remember reading that in the sixtes Scully a huge acid produced made one big batch of acid "all the same" and put it on to different blotters. people said shit like the yell is realy speedy, the blue is mellw, the orang is realy week. And it was all the same.------------------ "Experence is not what happens to you it what you do with what happens to you" A. Huxley

Yeah, LilSkit, I read all those posts and they worried me, but my girlfriend and I had no nausea last weekend. I also gave a bag to three friends who tripped and said they had no problem. I don't doubt that people are telling the truth about getting sick from PF or other shrooms, but I think it's rare. Maybe I'll have a diff. experience at higher doses, though. Hmmmm... I'll have to make sure and check into that sometime soon. You know- for the sake of research.

I agree with the psychosomatic theory. People tend to pass off different types of trips or experiences to the type of acid they eat. The thing is LSD is LSD. Sure, there can be bi-products from the production of acid, but they aren't psychoactive. But there are many factors that go into a psychedelic experience that can alter it in ways you can't imagine unless you fully understand the mind. Mood, company, time of day, how much and what you ate, location, ect .... all form part of the experience. This is untrue of drugs like coke or alcohol. It makes you feel the same no matter what.
