Ummm...Well the yellowing could be that the mycelium is just getting old. And the red things could be primordia, or whatever it's called.
But that's looking on the bright side.

well i doubt they are getting too old b/c i've only had them incubating for maybe 2 weeks at the max. anyways if thats what it is then i hope it will colonize all the way or something. i feel jipped.

i wouldnt worry, if there is too much moisture in the jars the will turn yellow, mine did, and still colonized fine. i imagine those red specks are priomordia forming, hopefully youll have some nice babies soon
