When things get too cool, sometimes my friend will place a heating pad under her fruiting chamber. If it gets too hot, you can place pieces of cardborad between the fruiting chamber and the heating pad. Hope this helps.

This is a just an idea but, if you have a fishtank heater then cut a hole in the top of your rubbermaid just big enogh for the jar to screw in from the bottom. Screw on the ring from the lid to keep it in place, and fill with water and put in the heater. This way you can regulate the heat. If you have a heat pad then just use that. If you go with my method let me know how it turns out.

That sounds a little like my house...maybe a little colder at night...but now it's summer it gets hot sometimes....I find that the fruiting temperatures don't matter as much as the incubation temperatues, that is, as long as they arn't moveing 10+ digits.
