Who on here uses Last.fm? If you dont know about it its this program that listens to what you're listening to and jots it down, eventually giving you a list of people with similar music interest, etc. It has a buncha awesome free music radios and all that sorta good stuff.

Does it let you listen to whole songs, or does it only play 30 second clips, and if so what is the damn point?

surf around and find some people whose music u like, then listen to their radio

or else create your own radio station from artists you like...

I mostly just scrobble my shit and if I feel like something really different I'll tune into some station

Lastfm is sweet. I can't figgure out on the newest player how to add multiple artists or bands on the search/play.

I love to use it and hear good music thats not in my collection. I suppose it wouldn't be to hard to find a 3rd party program to record the stream. Unlike sattelite radio you can give Lastfm an idea what you like and it finds it and also other stuph you might like also.!!
