I thought last.fm was free?

finally I made an account on last.fm to find me some new artists only to dscover that the radio feature is only for people who pay for a subscritption.. and I thought it was free. now that sucks:thumbdown:

At least I can browse similarly tagged artists and search em on youtube :smirk:

Have you tried pandora?  I'm not very familiar with last.fm but pandora has a free radio feature (up to 40 hours a month at least).  Helped me to find some new tunes.

Last.fm is free for me. All I do with it though is log my plays and look at my recommended artists.

It's only free in the US, UK, and Germany.

didnt know that. that really sucks.

check out pandora. there was another one too.. slacker radio i think. never really used it myself. i always use last.fm.
